Laser Services
Laser vision correction was first approved in the U.S. by the FDA in 1995. Dr. Rick Crolla has been a clinical affiliate of TLC Laser Center since 1996 and is a past advisory Board Member of TLC Laser Center White Plains.
Dr. Crolla has extensive experience managing refractive surgery patients. There is a myriad of options in refractive surgery including PRK, Lasik, Custom Lasik and the newest ICL (Inplantable Contact Lenses).
The surgical refractive field is constantly changing and it is our goal to keep patients up to date with the newest options available. Our staff is always available and eager to answer any questions you may have regarding refractive surgery and guide you through the most appropriate procedure.
Eyeglass Dispensary
With over one thousand eyeglass frames and sunglasses in stock, we offer one of the largest selections of eyewear in Fairfield County.
We have it all! Tom Ford, Coach, Maui Jim, Michael Kors, Tag Heuer, Kate Spade, Ray Ban, and Vera Wang to name a few.
New designs are available every month. We select eyewear that is of superior quality and exciting to our patients.
We offer appropriate eyewear selection for all ages. Bob, our Optical Manager, will help you navigate through your insurance benefits to make certain you receive the most coverage from your plan. Because we have our own in house lab, we are able to offer one hour service on many single vision prescriptions.
Contact Lenses
Our patients start to wear contacts lenses as early as elementary school. We fit all types of contacts including astigmatic, bifocal, daily, extended wear, two week and monthly wear.
Alex our contact lens tech will spend about one hour with first time wearers to make sure they know the proper technique of insertion, removal and sterilization.
Our office stocks most disposable lenses that we fit and patients can often leave with a supply the same day of their exam. We can also have your contacts direct shipped to your home.
